1. Cancellation
At Nextcrafter, we value your flexibility and understand that your needs may change. You can cancel your membership at any time. Here's how:
- Contact Us: Please send a cancellation request to support@nextcrafter.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request."
- Effective Date: Your membership will be canceled on the date we receive your request.
2. Refunds
We offer the following refund options:
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you cancel within 7 days of your initial membership payment, you'll receive a full refund.
- Partial Refunds: If you cancel after 7 days but before the completion of your current project phase, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the unused portion of your membership and the work completed on your requests.
- No Refunds for Completed Projects: Once a project is marked as completed on your Trello board, we are unable to issue a refund.
To Request a Refund:
- Please contact us at support@nextcrafter.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and specify the reason for your cancellation.
- We will process your request within 5 business days and notify you of the refund amount, if applicable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your membership payment, in the same currency as the original payment.
3. Additional Considerations
- Trello Access: Upon cancellation, your access to the Trello board and project files will be deactivated.
- Membership Plans: Refund eligibility and amounts may vary based on whether you are on the Standard or Pro plan.
- Multiple Currencies: Refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original payment. The refund amount may be subject to currency exchange rates at the time of processing.
- Equity or Revenue Sharing Models: For projects under an equity or revenue sharing agreement, refund policies may differ. Please refer to your specific agreement for details.

4. Governing Law
These Refund Policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Refund Policies or your use of our services.

We may update our Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Refund Policy on our website.
5.2. Notification
