2.1. NextCrafter offers full-stack web development services on a subscription basis.
2.2. The subscription fee is $2495 per month.
2.3. Subscriptions are billed monthly and are automatically renewed unless canceled.
2.4. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
3.1. Payment for subscriptions is due upon signing up.
3.2. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or other payment methods as specified on our website.
3.3. If your payment is declined, your subscription will be suspended until payment is received.
4.1. We use Trello to manage our development process.
4.2. You will be given access to a Trello board where you can add requests.
4.3. We will work on one request at a time, with an average delivery time of 48 hours per request.
4.4. Larger requests may be divided into multiple smaller requests.
4.5. You will be able to track the progress of your requests on the Trello board.
5.1. We will build websites, web applications, and progressive web applications within the fields of:
- SaaS
- E-Commerce
- Social media
- Marketplace
- Education
- Travel
- Lifestyle
- Streaming
- Productivity
- Networking
- Healthcare
- Finance
5.2. We may decline requests that fall outside of our scope of work.
6.1. You will own all intellectual property rights in the work we create for you.
6.2. We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the work we create for you.
7.1. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services.
7.2. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
8.1. We may terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms & Conditions.
8.2. You may terminate your subscription at any time.
9.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
10.1. We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
10.2. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms & Conditions on our website.
