Cancellation
At NextCrafter, we value your flexibility and understand that your needs may change. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here's how:
- Contact us: Please send a cancellation request to support@nextcrafter.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request."
- Effective date: Your subscription will be canceled on the date we receive your request.
- No hidden fees: You won't be charged for any unused portion of your subscription month.
Refunds
We offer the following refund options:
- 7-day Money-Back Guarantee: If you cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription payment, you'll receive a full refund.
- Partial Refunds: If you cancel after 7 days but before the completion of your current month, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the unused portion of your subscription and the work completed on your requests.
- No Refunds for Completed Projects: Once a project is marked as completed on your Trello board, we are unable to issue a refund.
To request a refund:
- Please contact us at support@nextcrafter.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and specify the reason for your cancellation.
- We will process your request within 5 business days and notify you of the refund amount, if applicable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your subscription.
Additional Considerations:
- Trello Access: Upon cancellation, your access to the Trello board and project files will be deactivated.
